THE LIFE I YEARN FOR

TOXIC UNIVERSITY RELATIONSHIPS 

some people consider their dreams as memories sent by their brains while they are asleep. They do not realize the stagnation, the struggle, the lack of want, relationship breakdown ,the death or the result painted while they were asleep or trying to sleep. 

In university life most people fall in love that they take away the feeling, the passion and they remain in a relationship and finds out that they still care about that person

And a new world is usually created in them, together they struggle to keep their love for each other. They keep on promising one another that they both have scars of past and pain but they can do it together.

Days goes by and sooner they move in to stay under one roof day in day out. It takes a few days and they start matching clothes, taking each other out for dinner and their relationship becomes more concrete. Problems comes up when one partner becomes unfaithful. The beautiful relationship turns into hell of pain and agony. The girl might be beaten each day by the boy since she needs to stay in the relationship and has no powers to do a thing. Whenever she gets pregnant she is forced to go for abortion not once nor twice and it becomes the order of the day. The girl is last chased out of the house and a new catch is brought in. She gets affected psychologically, emotionaly,phsically,self esteem lowered and she ends up being a drug addict to shield herself from her deep hurting. 

Sooner she regains herself and start plans for balance she can go and organise for Brutus's to brutally beat-up the guy now her ex to death, burn the face of her ex new catch with acid. It becomes dirty and messy too. Young life are lost and class performance is witnessed from all the parties involved. 

A guy who is in relationship with sugar mummy is made personal assistant  meaning attending classes will be once in a while, he gets to go through gym to have the body shape that his sugar mummy wants, he is introduced to Viagra drugs to boost his sexual activeness leading to unknown outcomes of things. By chance if he gets to fall into trap of other sugar mummies whom are friends to his lover things gets into a wrong turn because when he is discovered is molested. His private parts might be chopped or he might be threatened and introduced to drug business since he depends on her he adheres and becomes a drug dealer where later he might get killed and his life ends. 

Most of this relationship in campus are toxic since one side is stronger than the other and one has to bear with the situation in order to maintain his or her high class to fellow comrades. A good example is the death of Ivy Wagechi which took the whole world in tears and confusion. She was slain simply she never answered the phone calls of her boyfriend who supported her financially. The man maybe felt betrayed and saw killing her as the only option and there she lost her life. 

In order to curb this kind of events university students are supposed to be told only their own success can give one self esteem, one should accept his her status background and work towards bettering it, nothing comes for free their must be a price to pay. Married men and women should be given their own respect and be left alone. Through this death and this cumbersome behavior will be eliminated in the society and that innocent living which existed will be earned back. 

Say no to toxic relationship no matter the situation, fight for your dignity, rights, esteem, feelings, and stay focused God will see you through.
